Definitions and Interpretation
The meanings of the following terms used in these terms and conditions are defined below. It is important to keep these definitions in mind when reading these terms.

Any person who has created a registered account on the fb9 platform and is using the services.
"Account Balance"

Before processing a withdrawal request, fb9 may verify identity through a national ID card, passport, or birth certificate. This process is essential for anti-money laundering and user security.
Age and Eligibility Requirements
Important: fb9 is for users aged 21 and above only. Registration or use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
3.1 Age Limit
To register on fb9, you must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. By registering, the user confirms that they meet this age requirement. If fb9 determines that a user is a minor, the account will be terminated immediately.
3.2 Geographic Restrictions
fb9 services are currently operated for players in Bangladesh. Access to the platform from certain areas may be restricted or prohibited. It is the user's own responsibility to ensure that using fb9 is lawful from their location.
3.3 Single Account Policy
Only one account is permitted per individual, family, or household. Operating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.
Account Security

4.2 Unauthorized Access
If someone accesses your account without authorization, fb9 is not responsible for any transactions or bets made as a result, unless this was directly caused by fb9's own failure. Allowing third parties to use your account is prohibited.
4.3 Account Transfer
fb9 accounts are personal and non-transferable. Selling, transferring, or allowing others to use an account is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
Deposits and Withdrawals
5.1 Deposit Rules
The following methods are available for depositing funds on fb9: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and this applies to all methods.
- Deposited funds must come only from your own payment account.
- Deposits made using third-party accounts or credit cards are not permitted.
- All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.
5.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
- Withdrawals can only be made using the same method through which the deposit was made.
- Withdrawals may be delayed until identity verification is completed.
- Withdrawals may be restricted if active bonus wagering requirements are in place.
Standard withdrawal time: 30 minutes to 3 hours. In special circumstances, additional time may be required for verification.
5.3 Currency
All transactions on fb9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). There is no facility for transactions in any other currency.
Bonuses and Promotions
6.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To claim this bonus, a minimum deposit of ৳500 is required, and a 25x wagering requirement applies on the bonus amount.
6.2 Wagering Requirements
- To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 (twenty-five) times.
- Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements — the contribution from specific games may vary.
- The deadline for meeting the wagering requirement is counted from the time the bonus is activated.
6.3 VIP Program
The fb9 VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
- Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
6.4 Bonus Abuse
If fb9 determines that a bonus is being abused — such as through collusion, arbitrage betting, or system manipulation — fb9 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
Gaming Rules
7.1 Fair Play
All games on fb9 are operated on the basis of fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined impartially using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
7.2 Betting Limits
Each game or betting market has minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game interface. fb9 reserves the right to change these limits at any time.
7.3 Technical Errors
If a game outcome is affected by a technical error or system disruption, fb9 reserves the right to void that round or bet and refund the wagered amount.
7.4 Live Casino Rules
The rules for live casino games from providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi are displayed at the relevant game table. The dealer's decision is considered final, unless a clear technical error is proven.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fb9 platform and may result in account termination:
Fraud and Cheating
Any attempt to control games using bots, automation software, or any artificial means is strictly prohibited.
Money Laundering
fb9 follows strict policies against money laundering. Suspicious transactions will be investigated and reported to the authorities.
Collusion
Any attempt to unfairly influence game outcomes by working together with other players is prohibited.
Account Renting
Allowing others to use, selling, or renting out your own account is strictly prohibited.
Account Suspension & Termination
9.1 fb9's Rights
fb9 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions
- Registering with false or misleading information
- Involvement in fraudulent or illegal activities
- Failure to cooperate with identity verification
9.2 Voluntary Account Closure by User
Any user may request to close their account at any time through the fb9 support team. Any active bonuses will be cancelled before the account is closed, and real funds will be returned.
9.3 Funds Return Policy
If an account is terminated due to rule violations, fb9 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus funds and, following review of suspicious transactions, to withhold part or all of the real funds.

10.1 Voluntary Limit Setting
